Prices vary depending on the castle you choose, starting from £90 up to £300.

2. Are your castles suitable for indoor or outdoor use?

Both! All our bouncy castles are designed for indoor and outdoor use, so you can enjoy the fun no matter the location.

3. Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required! You can book your bouncy castle without paying anything upfront.

5. What sizes are your bouncy castles?

We have a wide range of sizes to suit all spaces and events – there’s something for everyone!

6. Do you have public liability insurance?

Absolutely! We are fully insured with £5 million public liability cover for your peace of mind.

7. Do you set up the bouncy castle?

Yes! Our trained team will:

✔ Deliver & set up your bouncy castle

✔ Fully clean & sanitise it before use

✔ Return at collection time to pack everything away

8. What if I need to cancel my booking?

No problem! Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 48 hours’ notice – no cancellation charge
• Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% of the booking fee
• Same-day cancellation – 100% of the booking fee

9. What happens if it rains?

We can still set up if it’s safe. We’ll call you two days before the event to confirm whether to go ahead.

10. What if it’s too windy?

For safety reasons, we cannot operate in winds over 24mph. Castles are secured with pegs or sandbags, but if winds exceed this limit, we may need to cancel the booking.
